Plant Manager / Facilities Operations Manager – Uniondale.
Our client, a Health Supplements Company, seeks a Plant Manager/Facilities Operations Manager for their Manufacturing Department, to join their dynamic team, who can start Immediately at their Branch in Uniondale.
Must preferably be available immediately!

Job Purpose:
The Operations / Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and facility management activities while ensuring the quality and food safety of products within a fast-paced sports nutrition manufacturing environment.
This role ensures the site operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and company standards, supporting both production and warehouse operations. Leveraging CIN7 as the central ERP system, the Operations / Facility Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, maintains site infrastructure, and fosters a culture of safety and operational excellence across all functions.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations or facility management within manufacturing, preferably food, beverage, or sports nutrition sectors.
- Hands-on experience with CIN7 or similar ERP/facility management systems is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and environmental regulations
- Analytical mindset with a record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational KPI targets.
- Valid License and Own Transport
