WE'RE HIRING: BRANCH MANAGER
Location:
Durban
Salary: R20,000 - R50,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead sales and operations, drive business growth, manage profitability and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall branch operations and performance.
- Lead and develop sales and operations teams.
- Monitor sales, turnover, gross profit and costs.
- Oversee stock control, order management and administration.
- Build customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Proven management experience in sales and operations.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding.
- Experience in stock control and branch administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, commercially minded leader who takes ownership, drives results and balances business growth with profitability.
Package- Basic salary: R20,000 - R50,000 per month
