Senior Telecoms Network Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Telecoms Network Operations Manager to lead their network operations center in Nelspruit. This role is critical for ensuring the 24/7 availability, performance, and security of the company's telecommunications network. You will manage a team of network engineers and technicians, oversee incident response, and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. • Oversee the daily operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring network stability and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network operations engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement strategies for network monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage network change control processes and minimize operational risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan network capacity and upgrades.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in network operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Deep understanding of telecommunications network technologies and protocols.

• Strong experience with network monitoring tools and incident management systems.
