About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic Business Unit Manager to lead and grow a key business unit based in Vereeniging . This role is responsible for the overall performance, strategy, and profitability of the unit. You will drive growth initiatives, manage P&L, oversee operations, and lead a cross-functional team to achieve ambitious targets. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the business unit's financial and operational goals.
- Manage the P&L for the business unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business management , strategic planning, or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of P&L management and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in market analysis and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
