Their Mechanical Engineering Team is expanding! They are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer (±7 years) to help optimize production processes across our post-harvest Agri-processing projects.

What you’ll do:

Analyze and improve production workflows
Optimize material flow, equipment utilization & labor allocation
Support process design, layouts, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive measurable gains in efficiency and operational performance

- Degree in Industrial Engineering (or related)
- Strong background in process optimization and productivity improvement
- Experience in agri-processing, FMCG, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Analytical, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindset
