Role SummaryManages logistics activities at the plant by coordinating sales, material and production planning as well as the physical logistics including 3P warehouse management, transportation management, to ensure timely execution, cost control, compliance with M+H standards, and alignment with customer requirements. Lead, guide, and oversee employee/s within the assigned area of responsibility.
Main Tasks- Responsible for end-to-end material flow and information flow within the plant, ensuring efficient goods receipt, production supply, and on‑time dispatch in line with production plans and customer requirements.
- Leads demand planning (SIOP), production control, and material planning to secure material availability, optimize inventory levels, and prevent supply bottlenecks. Manages supplier logistics performance, negotiates key supply parameters, and ensures compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Drives continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems, oversees customs and documentation accuracy, and ensures full alignment with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Accountable for plant‑wide material planning and logistics performance, including reporting, KPI tracking, cost control, and proactive resolution of supply chain risks.
- University Degree in Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics
- Experienced in customer and supplier management; strong organizational and coordination skills; able to take initiative and work under pressure
- Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is advantageous
- Strong leadership and conflict management skills; excellent communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
