Mechanical Fitter; Semi-Skilled

Join our client's well-established company as a Mechanical Fitter (Semi-Skilled), where you'll assist with maintenance, repairs, and mechanical installations within a fast-paced operational environment. Minimum requirements:

• Matric or relevant technical qualification

• Semi-skilled mechanical fitting experience

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools

• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings (ADVANTAGEOUS)

• Experience working in a workshop or industrial environment

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

• Willing to work extended hours based on operational needs

• Valid driver’s license

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with mechanical maintenance and repairs

• Support installation and assembly of mechanical components

• Perform routine inspections and identify faults

• Assist with breakdowns and emergency repairs

• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly

• Follow safety procedures and company policies

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Remuneration:

• R15 000 – R25 000 per month (depending on experience)
