Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out daily preventative maintenance schedules, manage and complete both planned and unplanned work orders, and conduct root cause failure analyses on reoccurring equipment failures.

They will also be required to maintain critical spares lists, support housekeeping and GMP standards, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team processes.

Health and safety will be a primary focus, with the incumbent expected to identify risks, investigate incidents and drive corrective action within their area of responsibility.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold an N3 Level with a completed trade test in either Electrical or Fitter/Fitter and Turner.

A minimum of two years' experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred to ensure full competence in the role.

Strong technical knowledge in engineering science, electrical systems, and production processes is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
