Junior Machinist - Parow Industrial

Pump and Abrasion Technologies (PABT) is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of heavy‑duty slurry pumps. We are looking for Junior Machinists who will work in tandem with our current senior CNC Operator/Setters.

• The role will not require you to be programming or setting literate.
• We will train you on the job (you will be tasked to control the machine speed and feed whilst machining, the senior will do the setting/programming/verification when setting up a new job).

• Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
• Great attention to detail with a goal‑driven attitude.
• Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.
• Understanding of Fanuc controls.
• Experience on Vertical CNC lathes will be advantageous.

• Matric/post matric qualification.
• Exposure to CNC machines.
• Microsoft Office Intermediate.
• Valid driver’s license.
