Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 5+ years hands on CNC Milling experience
  • Advanced milling programming certifications
  • Strong setting and daily setup experience
  • Ability to write and edit manual programs (G-Code)
  • Experience in both production and jobbing environments
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Skilled in micrometres, verniers, and precision measuring equipment
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Own reliable transport

    • Duties & Responsibilities

  • Download and load programs onto machines
  • Set up machines according to setup sheets (Training provided)
  • Operate and monitor production runs
  • Manual programming and troubleshooting when required
  • Maintain strict quality and dimensional accuracy
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet production targets
