This is an on-site role located in Benoni for a Coil Winding Workshop Supervisor. The Workshop Supervisor will manage daily workshop activities, oversee the coil-winding process, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising a team, maintaining equipment & ensuring timely delivery. The supervisor will also uphold safety standards and work collaboratively to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Strong supervisory skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Experience with Maintenance and Repair tasks, including equipment troubleshooting and operational upkeep.
• Hands‑on transformer coil winding experience.
• Experience in managing workshop operations, especially within the coil-winding or manufacturing industries.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with attention to safety and detail.
• Computer literate.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field are preferred.
