Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery (baggers, fillers, conveyors, sealers)
- Ensure products are packaged according to quality specifications (weight, sealing, labeling)
- Track and record production throughput and packaging data
- Identify, report, and manage non-conformances and deviations
- Support investigations into customer complaints related to packaging quality
- Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure equipment readiness
- Monitor utilities (air, water, steam) and report abnormalities
- Perform basic preventive maintenance (CILT activities) such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments
- Maintain accurate production records and complete operational checklists
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
