Role OverviewA leading manufacturer in the clothing and apparel industry, known for their commitment to quality, innovation & sustainability, is seeking Production Line Managers for permanent roles based in Gauteng & Dimbaza (Eastern Cape).
Responsibilities and Requirements- 10+ years' experience in a similar role
- Meeting daily factory production targets
- Must have good listening / communication skills and be goal-oriented
- Good time management and quality control management
- Management of housekeeping
- Plan and control a large factory of 600+ people
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of – production flow; line set ups; SMV for garments; garment construction
- Must have contactable references
Salary:
Market related.
