Location: Wellington
Vine Recruitment is looking for an experienced Factory Manager in Wellington to oversee daily manufacturing operations in the Winelands region. The ideal candidate should have a qualified Boilermaker background and a strong leadership presence.
Responsibilities include managing production activities, leading staff, overseeing compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement within the factory. A Trade-Tested Welder/Boilermaker certification and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field are essential.
