Supervisor - Fresh Production

Location: Malmesbury

A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Supervisor:
Fresh Production to oversee fresh production operations, including mince, skin-pack, fresh-cut MAP, and value-added products in Malmesbury.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Maintain product quality, hygiene, packing, and labelling standards.
Manage stock rotation and production processes.
Supervise staff, attendance, and workplace discipline.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, PPE, and health & safety requirements.
Report and address quality and maintenance issues.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong process management, planning, decision-making, and computer skills.
Knowledge of a manufacturing production environment.

Additional Requirements
Must be willing to relocate to Malmesbury/Cape Town at own cost if applying from outside the area.
Reliable transport and ability to commute consistently.
