Production Manager (Table Grapes) – Porterville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all table grape production activities.
• Plan and manage planting programmes.
• Schedule and manage irrigation activities.
• Implement and monitor fertilizer programmes.
• Manage pest, disease, and weed control practices.
• Oversee pruning and harvesting operations.
• Monitor crop performance and production processes.
• Manage all production-related activities and vineyard manipulations.
• Plan and manage labour requirements.
• Lead and supervise production teams.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Coordinate transport and accommodation arrangements for workers.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment, orchards, and general infrastructure.
• Monitor and control production costs.
• Drive productivity and operational efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in table grape cultivation.
• Strong knowledge of modern agricultural production practices.
• Knowledge and experience in irrigation practices (advantageous).
• Good leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
