Operations Manager – Benoni
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of manufacturing, fabrication, installation, procurement, logistics, quality control, and operational support functions. The role ensures that aluminium and glass projects are manufactured and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards.
Responsibilities- Lead production teams, optimize operational efficiency, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement throughout the business.
- Oversee manufacturing, fabrication, installation, procurement, logistics, quality control, and operational support functions.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in aluminium, glazing, manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing production teams and operational functions.
- Experience with aluminium systems, glazing, shopfronts, curtain walls, balustrades, and architectural metalwork is advantageous.
