Operation of Binder, Fawema and FFS machines including machine set-upFault finding and adjustments to ensure product within specMaintain 5S while operating machineryExecute change over as per scheduleResponsible for organizing workflow and takes responsibilities for safety, quality, delivery, and performance on the lineEnsure line efficiencies as per agreed targetAdhere to GMP standardsAdhere to safety regulationsRunning machine on set speed as per specificationsAdhere to all related proceduresReporting any deviations on the machine to maintenance and assist maintenance during breakdownsPerform ad hoc tasksQualifications6 months experience in operating Binder and FFS packing machinesMatric, Technical Qualification will be advantageousComply and adhere to quality systems (GMP, HACCP, FSSC)Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standardContinually seek to identify opportunities for cost saving and more effective ways of carrying out production activitiesAnalyze performance and seeks ways to continually improve“Pepsi Co is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
