CNC Operator; Plastic Manufacturing

Flexo Line Products (Pty) Ltd is an injection moulding company based in Atlantis, Cape Town that specialises in the manufacturing of plastic products. Our product range includes spice closures, educational toys, household storage, domestic products, hardware, and plumbing items.

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site CNC Operator to join our Toolroom team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating our CNC vertical machining centres and mill turn lathe to manufacture tooling and machined components to the required specifications.

• Trade Test Certificate (Tool Jig & Die Maker, Fitter and Turner or similar) will be advantageous
• 3+ years previous experience operating CNC milling machines and lathes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and calipers
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
