Tongaat Hulett Sugar Felixton is seeking a Factory Team Leader to oversee mechanical maintenance and production support for cane processing operations. You will lead a team, ensure equipment availability, and coordinate with the Plant Engineer to sustain safe, efficient plant performance.
Key duties include planning maintenance, supervising welding, rigging and boilermaking services, fabricating cane knives, and initiating requisitions.
