Handling and moving of items physically or with relevant forklift/machine/vehicle. Assisting with binning and housekeeping of stores and yard areas.

• Responsible for the loading and off-loading of items from truck or container as per delivery notes/bar-coding labels
• Adhere to all safety regulations and work standards
• Reports any defects on the Forklift
• Housekeeping
• Collect & Transport Raw Materials from the Warehouse to the Production Plants
• Collect Final Product from Production Plants and deliver to the Magazines
• Collect detonators from Caps Plant to the detonator Magazine
• General loading and off-loading of material from delivery trucks
• Recording of product delivered to the different magazine
• Moving and stacking of pallets
• Comply with all legal requirements
• Physical Labour (assisting with binning, issuing and preservation activities
• Carry out all tasks relevant to purpose of jobs as allocated by leader

• Grade 12
• Valid Driver’s license and a Forklift competency certificate

• 1+ year experience in Explosives manufacturing
• Experience working at the Water gel Plant will be an advantage
• SAP (PSD) knowledge will be an advantage
