Junior Project manager​/ Factory Setter

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a shopfitting, joinery, cabinet manufacturing, furniture manufacturing or woodworking environment.

• Proven experience preparing and managing cutting lists
  .

• Experience using CNC machinery and selecting the correct CNC drilling programs
  .

• Experience with
  Opti-plan or similar cutting optimization software will be advantageous.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare drawings for production.

• Experience with
  board optimization
  , material utilization and nesting processes.

• Experience in production planning and coordinating factory workflow.

• Knowledge of stock control for production materials (runners, extrusions, hardware, boards, etc.).

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, including panel saws, CNC routers and edge bander
  .

• Delta CAD

• AutoCAD

• Google Sketch Up

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

• Opti-plan (Advantageous)

• CNC programming / CNC routing knowledge

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
