Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Press production team.
- Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Drive product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Minimise machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) standards.
- Coordinate maintenance requirements with Engineering.
- Monitor production performance and prepare reports.
- Coach, train and develop production employees.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Manage housekeeping according to 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
