3-5 years' experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proven experience in production processing and overseeing daily production operations.
Preparation and presentation of monthly production reports.
Strong staff management, leadership, and performance management skills.
Ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
Experience handling export documentation and coordinating with export clients.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.
Oversee HACCP compliance and food safety standards
Proficient in MS Office
Food-/or related Qualification

Salary Package:
