Instrumentation Artisan Role

Job Summary We are seeking an Instrumentation Artisan to join our team in the Western Cape region. This is a contractor position based in Newlands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Completed a Instrumentation apprenticeship with a N4 and trade test certification.
• Prior experience in a Process Control Environment.
• Develop and coach team members.
• Support the development of preventative maintenance procedures for process control systems.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the workplace.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of process measurement instrumentation.
• Understanding of Control Systems architecture.
• Basic knowledge of data historian systems.
• Knowledge of Fieldbus technology is advantageous.
• Problem solving abilities on process control systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Logical and analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Strong aptitude for Production Execution Systems technology.
• Effective team integration and coaching skills.
• Self-organized and safety-conscious.

Qualifications Completed a Instrumentation apprenticeship with a N4 and trade test certification.

Prior experience in a Process Control Environment.
