Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the packaging team to achieve production targets
• Monitor production performance, equipment efficiency, losses, and downtime
• Drive continuous improvement and loss elimination initiatives
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety observations, risk assessments, and audits
• Coach, develop, and upskill team members
• Ensure effective shift handovers and communication between teams

• Qualifications: BTech (Engineering) or similar
• Skills: Strong leadership, production and shift management, packaging and manufacturing knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong safety and quality awareness
• Coaching, mentoring, and team development skills
