Corruseal Group in Cape Town seeks a Corrugator Team Leader to manage production on the wet end and maintain running speeds, ensuring the corrugator does not drop below 150 m/min. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety.
You will ensure correct paper is on reel stands and on reel trolleys for the next orders, monitor performance, and train wet-end operators while striving to reduce waste and meet production targets.
