Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking to employ a Lamination Supervisor to join their team. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract.
Location: Eastern Cape, King Willimas Town, Qonce

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate and supervise the yes Sheng YSL-90 Lamination machine to ensure smooth and effective production.
Set up, monitor, and adjust machine parameters to achieve high-quality output.
Inspect and control production quality in line with company standards.
Lead and mentor a team of operators/helpers assigned to the lamination process.
Perform routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Achieve production targets and minimize downtime/wastage.

Experience & Qualification

Must have 5 years’ + work experience on the Yes Sheng YSL-90 Lamination machine.
Strong knowledge of Lamination processes, substrates, and adhesives.
Ability to supervise, train and guide a production team.
Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
