Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking to employ a Loom Operator Supervisor to join their team. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract.
Location: Eastern Cape, King Willimas Town, Qonce

Duties & Responsibilities

Operate and supervise looms to ensure optimal production efficiency.
Monitor fabric quality and minimize defects, downtime and waste.
Oversee shift activities, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to schedules.
Conduct routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating and supervising Lohla Nova6 and 62 looming machines.
Strong technical skills in loom operation, setup, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
Proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
Supervisory experience with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of operators.
