The Precision Machining Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing high-tolerance manufacturing processes for automotive components. This position requires expertise in CNC machining, quality assurance, and production efficiency. Candidates will contribute to Isuzu's mission of delivering world-class automotive solutions while advancing local industrial capabilities.

• Operate and maintain CNC machining centers for precision component production
• Conduct quality inspections using metrology tools and software
• Optimize machining processes to meet production targets and cost efficiency goals
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and safety protocols

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Solid Works)
• Experience with multi-axis CNC machining and tooling systems
• Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Problem-solving skills for process improvement initiatives
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Certification in CNC programming or precision machining is advantageous.

3-5 years in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments. Prior experience with Isuzu or similar vehicle production systems is preferred.

45,000 - 60,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
