One of our valued Clients in the Roofing and Building materials sector, based in Howick, KZN, is seeking a skilled and motivated Corrugated Machine Operator. The role requires a hands‑on individual who will take ownership, work independently, and contribute to the development of systems.
Applicants must reside in the Howick area.

• Operate and monitor corrugated machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Set up and adjust machine settings according to job specifications.
• Prepare equipment using job orders and production requirements.
• Load and feed paper rolls and other materials into the machine.
• Monitor production output and machine performance.
• Inspect finished products for defects, quality, and dimensional accuracy.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report machine faults or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Record production data, downtime, and material waste in production logs.
• Minimize waste and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist with routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.

• Minimum of 2 (Two) years’ experience operating manufacturing or production machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and report equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Computer literate with the ability to capture and maintain production records.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift materials safely.
• Willing and able to work shifts, including overtime when required.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

R73.78 per hour.
