Plant Manager - Chemical Processing

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee their chemical processing facility in Vereeniging . This leadership role is responsible for the overall operations, safety, efficiency, and profitability of the plant. You will manage a diverse team, ensure adherence to stringent environmental and safety regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production output and product quality.

• Direct and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in the chemical processing industry, with knowledge of relevant technologies.
