About the Role

Our client is looking for a capable Shift Manager to lead their production operations during various shifts at their facility in Benoni. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely, managing the production team on shift, and maintaining quality standards. You will play a key role in troubleshooting production issues, optimizing workflow, and fostering a productive team environment.

• Oversee and manage all production activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness.
