• Operate various production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Relieve operators at different workstations as assigned.
• Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities when required.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections on equipment.
• Report equipment faults, quality deviations, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S and GMP requirements.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor operational issues.
• Support stock handling, material replenishment, and packaging activities when required.
• Adhere to all food safety, quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Participate in shift handovers and team meetings.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to improve line performance.

• Comply with all company safety procedures and regulations.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report unsafe acts and conditions immediately.
• Maintain product quality standards and food safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company quality systems.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or beverage production environment.
• Ability to operate multiple production line machines.
• Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
