Join Our Team as a Production Superintendent
Location: Brakpan
Reporting to: Production Manager
Company Overview: A leading manufacturing operation in Brakpan is looking for an experienced Production Superintendent to join its dynamic team. As a key member of the production department, you will report directly to the Operations Manager.
About the Role:As the Production Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department. Your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring efficient production processes
- Managing a team of production staff
- Implementing quality control measures
- Driving production targets and efficiency
- Minimum NQF Level 6 Mechanical qualification – essential
- At least 5 years’ management experience
- Proven experience within steel manufacturing – essential
- Strong production and operational management experience
- Ability to lead teams and drive production, quality, and efficiency
- Honours: B Eng (Mechanical)
- Advanced Diploma:
Mechanical Engineering - MTech:
