- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Design and implement process modifications, new equipment integration, and workflow enhancements to achieve operational goals.
- Conduct time studies, ergonomic assessments, and capacity analyses to optimize production line performance.
- Develop and maintain accurate process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control plans.
- Collaborate with production teams, maintenance, and management to ensure effective implementation and adoption of process changes.
- Analyze production data to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of practical
