• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and equipment on the production floor.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing or aerospace production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.
