SEMI-SKILLED BOILERMAKER
Location: Meyerton, Vaal Triangle
Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing
Employment Type: Fixed Term
Salary: Market-related
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Semi-Skilled Boilermaker to join a fixed-term position in the Meyerton area. The successful candidate will assist with fabrication, welding, maintenance and general boilermaking duties.
Key Responsibilities- Fabrication and assembly of steel structures and components
- Welding, cutting, grinding and drilling
- Reading and working from basic engineering drawings
- General boilermaking and fabrication work
- Assist with maintenance and repairs
- Ensure work is completed safely and to the required quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Grade 12 / Matric preferred
- Boilermaking qualification or relevant practical experience
- Semi-skilled welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with MIG, ARC and/or CO₂ welding
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to work from drawings and measurements
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
- Previous engineering/manufacturing experience advantageous
