About the job Blow Mould Setter (2 x Shift Setters) Blow Mould Setter (2 x Shift Setters)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up blow moulding machines, adjust moulds and settings to ensure moulds run within specification for quality, cycle time, and output.
- Perform mechanical/technical adjustments and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with quality teams to confirm moulded products meet dimensional, closure, seal integrity, and decoration standards.
- Monitor machine operation, detect faults, troubleshoot issues (mechanical, electrical, mould).
- Maintain a clean, safe production area and assist with mould changeovers.
- Record shifts, machine settings, and maintenance logs.
- Work with production planning to meet output and capacity targets.
- Minimum N3 Mechanical or Electrical
- Completed N4 or higher is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in FMCG production environment
- Being exposed to blow mould is advantageous
- Setting and/or Mechanical experience is essential
