Pharmaceutical Production Operator

You will work as part of a shift team, contributing to the efficient and compliant production of essential medicines.

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (e.g., tablet presses, encapsulators, packaging machines) according to SOPs.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols at all times.
• Accurately record production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and process parameters.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with GMP principles is a plus.
