Production Efficiency Engineer

Our client is looking for a proactive Production Efficiency Engineer to join their established team in Benoni . You will be instrumental in analyzing production data, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing solutions that boost overall efficiency and productivity. • Analyze production performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for efficiency improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production line performance, including cycle times and throughput.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement new processes and technologies that enhance efficiency.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify opportunities for waste reduction.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key production efficiency metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production engineering or process improvement.
• Proven experience in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes and workflows.
