Assistant Hatchery Manager

Supreme Poultry has an opportunity available for an Assistant Hatchery Manager to join our Agri team.

This is a hands-on management position suited to an individual with strong, practical experience in a hatchery environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing and coordinating people, production processes and equipment, while ensuring that the hatchery consistently delivers high-quality results.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in hatchery operations.
• The ability to get the best performance from hatchery equipment and processes.
• A proven track record of achieving consistent and successful hatching results.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• The ability to build positive working relationships across the team.
• A willingness to coach, train and mentor employees to develop their skills.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
