Step Into a Role That Makes an Impact! We’re seeking a Millwright - Processing to drive success at NBL Coffee and Creamer in Kempton Park, Gauteng
. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the high-speed packaging machinery and will report directly to the Maintenance Foreman.

Job Specification:

Key Performance Areas:

• Carry out maintenance, repair, and fault-finding tasks to ensure machine availability for production to reach targets
• Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment on machinery.
• Perform electrical and mechanical planned fault-finding, maintenance, installation, and repair of all machinery.
• Set timing, cams, and limits on equipment as per manufacturers’ specifications.
• Investigate root causes of plant failures.
• Support with project implementation.
• Communicate downtime data to the Engineering Foreman and ensure downtime targets are met.
• Work with food processing equipment, conveyors, homogenise rs, high-pressure pumps, bag filtration, knowledge of spray drying, and general factory equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• At least 3 years’ post-trade experience as a Millwright in high-speed packaging machines and plant equipment maintenance and repairs within an FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of food processing equipment, conveyors, homogenise rs, high-pressure pumps, bag filtration, and spray drying equipment are

Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Trade-tested as a Millwright at an accredited training facility

Additional Requirements:

• Working at heights
  - essential
• Working in confined space
  - essential
• Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
• Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic systems
• PLC programming and VSD set-up knowledge is advantageous.
• Knowledge of QMS, HACCP and GMP - advantageous
• Permit issuing - advantageous
• TIG welding - advantageous
