Shift Setter

We are looking for hands-on, energetic and electrical / mechanically minded Shift Setters to join our team and take on a pivotal role in our production process, offering significant opportunities for professional growth and responsibility.

Duties include:

Set and adjust production machines to ensure optimal performance.

Achieve production efficiency targets of 85%–90%.

Keep raw material wastage below 1.4%.

Conduct mould and material trials as required.

Identify machine and mould issues and assist with maintenance requirements.

Ensure machinery and moulds are properly maintained, serviced, and stored.

Monitor production to guarantee quality standards are consistently met.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.

Work overtime when necessary and perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

N3 qualification is essential. N4 or higher will be advantageous

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude, with a practical, hands-on approach.

Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

Technical support experience.

Proficiency with tools related to manufacturing and machine maintenance.

Willingness to work shifts.

Must have reliable own transport.
