• Proven experience as a Trade Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry .
• Strong understanding of retail environments, merchandising principles, and promotional mechanics.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales and brand teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
