• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication plans to promote the organization's programs and initiatives.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across relevant channels.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid social media advertising.
• Support fundraising and development efforts through targeted communication strategies and materials.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to enhance outreach efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and basic graphic design.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent understanding of communication principles and brand management.
