About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and grow their affiliate program, contributing to their e-commerce growth from their Nelspruit office. This role involves recruiting, managing, and nurturing relationships with affiliates, developing promotional campaigns, and optimizing the program to drive sales and brand awareness. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach through strategic partnerships and performance-based marketing channels.
This position offers a chance to take ownership of a key growth lever in a hybrid work setting, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of affiliates.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates that align with the brand's target audience and values.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliates, providing support, resources, and promotional materials.
- Develop and implement attractive commission structures, bonuses, and promotional campaigns to incentivize affiliate performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on key affiliate program metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, ROI) and make recommendations for optimization.
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or in affiliate program management.
- Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape, including different affiliate models and platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage partnerships effectively.
- Proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools.
- Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is highly desirable.
