About the Role

Our client is looking for a results-oriented Paid Social Media Specialist to join their marketing team in Nelspruit , operating under a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Twitter to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of social advertising platforms, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and budget management.

You will play a key role in achieving our client's customer acquisition goals through effective paid social strategies.

• Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns from strategy and setup to execution and optimization.
• Conduct audience research and develop precise targeting strategies to reach key demographics and interest groups.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across various social platforms to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
• Create compelling ad copy and creative assets, or collaborate with creative teams to develop them.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and translating insights into optimization strategies.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles.
