About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Nelspruit . This pivotal role is responsible for driving profitable growth through data-driven paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will manage significant advertising budgets, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and continuously test new strategies to acquire and retain customers. This hybrid role allows for strategic in-office planning and the flexibility of remote execution, fostering innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across paid social, search (PPC), display, and affiliate channels.
  • Manage and optimize multi-million rand advertising budgets to achieve target KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to drive continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in e-commerce.
  • Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large advertising budgets and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
