About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Campaign Specialist to join their team in Benoni . This role focuses on conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions for their e-commerce business. You will work on developing campaign narratives, selecting appropriate platforms, and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This hybrid role offers the chance to collaborate closely with the marketing team while enjoying some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, and execute targeted social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop compelling campaign creative, including ad copy, visuals, and video concepts.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign coherence.
- Analyze campaign data and provide comprehensive reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends and platform updates.
- Proven experience in managing and executing successful social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills for campaign messaging.
- Data analysis skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
